-Log on to take calls at least 35 hours per week

-Know how to blog and create audio's or be willing to learn
-Have some experience with fetishes. Or be willing to research & learn new ones.
-Have a quiet setting you can take calls
-Have DSL/cable modem
-Have a separate phone line for business
-Have knowledge of e-mail, instant messaging
-Be both trustworthy & discreet
